**Job Profile**:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating administrative resources and operational functions to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

**_Responsibilities_**

In this role you will be accountable to the executive management team and internal staff for the quality of your work, including but not limited to:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in general administrative and reception duties
- answering and direct incoming calls;
- maintaining and tracking of outlook calendar;
- managing the daily needs of the office;
- Directly support the executive management team and manage agendas;
- Support engineering team - document control management and contract administration;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
- Exceptional customer-service skills and high level of integrity
- Assist with banking, bookkeeping, and other financial activities; exposure to accounting is a strong asset
- Accounts Payable: Enter invoices and expenses for payment/approval by controller.
- Accounts Receivable: Enter invoices for payment from clients, following up with payment schedule.
- Proficiency in of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and keyboarding
- Arrange travel plans both domestically and internationally
- A college diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred
