- Initiatives & Delivery

**What is the opportunity?**

**What will you do?**
- Lead the implementation and integration Home, Auto, Travel and Private Insurance projects or initiatives into the sales channels
- Develop and Lead Sales Implementation, Change Management plans, and create associated procedures
- Identify Stakeholders and communicate initiatives to key stakeholders to ensure awareness, resourcing and approval where required
- Partner with Business Development and Sales Enablement at RBCI to identify, plan and define execution requirements, routines and support
- Partner with Sales Communication to plan and execute Communication requirements for implementation
- Engage and collaborate with partners in L&D, L&C, Marketing, CPO, Change Management, Sale Initiatives and Delivery etc

**What will you need to succeed?**
- 3 to 5 years of strong knowledge of Home, Auto, Travel and Private Insurance Sales and Underwriting practices
- Demonstrated Project Management & Change Management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex initiatives, interpret and present information clearly and accurately in writing or verbally
- Ability to prioritize and meet conflicting demands, consultative, highly adaptable, flexible and effective
- Knowledge of sales channels, including solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and supporting technologies and systems
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to build relationships with various roles across all levels
