Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
- Administer policies and procedures related to the requests and releases of materials, tools & supplies, human resource management
- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment, supplies, forms, fleet maintenance
- Preparation of budgets, job costing
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
