Due to our continued growth and success, we are currently recruiting a **Field Services Coordinator** to join our team at our Port Coquitlam head office.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Services Coordinator to oversee the coordination and scheduling of field service activities. As a **Field Services Coordinator**, you will take direction from one of our Senior Managers to learn our service requirements and systems as well as our project life-cycle and be accountable for the following core responsibilities:

- Ensure routine service work is performed as required coordinating with our service staff and customers to ensure these duties are successfully met.
- Ensuring service agreements and contract requirements are being scheduled and performed.
- Prepare, with feedback from our field engineers, daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
- Assist with coordination of emergency work by organizing labour, order materials and coordinating with the customer.
- Be responsible for on call scheduling and duty assignment.
- Engage with our projects group to assist in scheduling, administrative work and coordination.
- Build simple quotes and proposals.
- Attend meetings and take meeting minutes with a willingness to understand the projects enough to contribute from a non-technical perspective.
- Design and improve company processes.
- Customer invoicing. Some familiarity with project administration would be beneficial.
- Timesheet and invoice approvals.
- Make travel arrangements on a limited basis.

**Who You Are**
- You have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a coordination or scheduling role, preferably in a field service or related industry is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- You are comfortable learning new software packages utilizing online resources.
- You’re a team player. You easily integrate with others in a team environment and look to peers and supervisors for guidance and direction. You take the initiative in building a relationship with a team lead or project managers.
- You’re a problem solver. You love tackling challenges and have an openness to considering a variety of options that lead to the optimal solution.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
