Process Development Technician

**1. Purpose of the position**
- Support for updates of Manufacturing Master Sheets (FMF - MARS) and Packaging (FMC - REFINE) - Back-up.
- Updating the material list (BOM) as needed and Routing
- Technical support to the Process Development department.
- Support during the preparation of training documents.
**2. Main functions**
CR monitoring
- Send the document to team members every week.
- Monitoring of the CR table that we receive from AQ weekly.
Manufacturing/Packaging master sheets
- Modification and/or updating of the Manufacturing and Packaging master files.
- Tracking approvals.
- Implementation of sheets if necessary.
- Scan approved files and save in our master files.
- History (RMM).
- Documents rework files as needed.
List of materials (BOM) and Routing (standard time)
- Launch of material lists with FMF or FMC (BOM).
- Maintaining standard time files with support from production sectors
Technical support to the Department, Process Development
- Complies with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the Health, Safety and Environment policy.
- Support for documentation and archives.
- Ensures the conformity of the status of documents (discontinued or other).
Factory Procedures
- Ensures the coordination as well as the layout of procedures related to Manufacturing and Packaging at the factory (washing, start-up, assembly and operation procedures)
- Monitoring of approvals and precise deadlines
**3. Knowledge and skills required**:
a) Training required
DEC or equivalent experience in a pharmaceutical environment
b) Languages
French English
c) Special experience and knowledge
Experience in a pharmaceutical environment
d) Specific technical skills
Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP Basic, MARS
Ability to work on other software, production knowledge
Pharmaceutical, Power BI etc.
e) Behavioral skills
Autonomy, resourcefulness, precision, sense of priorities, team spirit
