**Role and responsibilities**

The Electroform Feasibility Technician is responsible for all stages of development for various Reflex lenses, from the feasibility study to technical support.
- Perform various calculations to validate project feasibility by comparing standards and requirements with customer files;
- Interpret results and participate in developing technical solutions with a view to continuous improvement;
- Carry out photometric studies in compliance with our standards;
- Make plastic and mechanical recommendations to guide the customer in their design process with the workshop of their automotive manufacturer client;
- Provide support/assistance via teleconference (WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, Zoom, etc.);
- Provide technical support to the Feasibility web portal;
- Obtain all relevant information when contracts are awarded and internal work begins;
- Support and guide representatives abroad;
- Maintain open dialogue with customers.

- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and adept at managing priorities
- Effective communicator
- Ability to manage stress
- Ability to work in a team and possess excellent customer service skills
- Autonomous, with analytical and summarizing skills

**Education and experience**
- College diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
- Bilingual (French and English), written and conversational;
- Knowledge of Spanish (conversational) (asset);
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design and manufacturing;
- Highly proficient with 3D design software (TopSolid or CATIA).
