The Opportunity

Kross Mitsubishi is looking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team Based out of Edmonton, A Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting our sales staff with customers to secure their next New or Used Vehicle Purchase along with financing through our large network of lenders.

Primary Job Duties Recruiting of sales staff, customer satisfaction Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership Ensure daily review of new programs and incentives offered by the Manufacturer and that there is a clear understanding of the programs Ensure all products are presented to every customer every time. Consistent Training in both New and Used and process provided for the store as well as give a clear direction and set goals with staff.

Capabilities and Credentials:
Experience in Prime and Non-Prime, car sales or equivalent work experience Previous dealership experience is preferred Excellent analytical skills, able to manage multiple priorities under strict timelines and work well in a demanding dynamic environment and meet overall objectives Result focused and detail orientated Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong problem identification and resolution skills High level of personal integrity, and the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgement and maturity Strong relationship building skills with a high degree stamina Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract A strong willingness to learn and adapt.
