**JOB SUMMARY**:
Titan Supply is looking for a forward-thinking and energetic Sales Manager to lead a team of inside and outside sales representatives. They will direct and oversee Titan’s sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Additional responsibilities include assigning sales territories, setting quotas, mentoring the members of the sales team, organizing, and conducting sales training, building a sales plan, revenue growth, branch profitability, customer satisfaction and overall branch sales territory management.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Obtain profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, coaching, skills, and product knowledge development.
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advise senior management on maximizing business relationships and create an environment where customer service can flourish.
- Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.
- Plan, recruit, direct, and organize account managers and sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, sales meetings, and annual performance review
- Provide high standards of ongoing training for the account managers and sales representatives so that they possess sufficient sales and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner.
- Assist Human Resources in recruitment process by conducting interviews, providing employee orientation, and establishing employee goals
- Work with and support corporate strategies and administrative processes and procedures (marketing programs, supply chain management, customer services, HR initiatives, etc.)
- Provide market intelligence on competitive pricing and lost sales and develop local sales strategies for continued growth and support corporate sales objectives
- Create and align business plans with corporate strategies
- Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems
- Work with credit team on risk management; receivables and bad debts
- Travel to the different branches is required
- Perform other duties as required
