Trans Canada Safety is looking for a Purchasing Clerk for our busy North Bay Branch.

Duties include but are not limited to: preparing accurate and complete purchase orders for all goods, materials and supplies. Work closely with each Division managing their orders, ensuring that purchases are recorded and submitted in a timely manner. Handle all inquires and follow up’s on outstanding orders. Research and gathering of information on new items. Work with freight carriers, obtaining quotes, scheduling of incoming and outgoing shipments, and tracking orders in transit. Handling of all damages and returns. Creation and inputting of all new product codes into database. Maintain and manage inventory levels.

Experience with MS Office 365 and prior use or knowledge of Quickbooks will be considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
