**Position Summary**
The Human Resources Generalist role is to liaise with HR Corporative Team and local Client Group to provide technical and administrative support to employee and Management Team on HR-business related initiatives.
**Main Functions**
- Provides assistance to Managers with hiring and termination processes
- Ensures onboarding and off-boarding of employees as per HR Corporate guidelines
- Creates, updates and ensures compliance of Employee records and other official deliverables
- Ensures data integrity, entry, tracking, traceability, updating and reporting of KPI
- Keeps headcount, job descriptions and organizational charts up to date
- Ensures Health and Safety Program roll-out and management, tracking and reporting
- Documents and manages absences and liaise with employee and payroll regarding changes in remuneration
- Liaise with external service provider regarding Group Benefits and employee file maintenance
- Participates in the implementation of HR projects and tools and rolls-out HR policies and procedures as per Corporate guidelines
- Performs various administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, confirmation of employment, etc.
- Coordinates HR related training sessions and provides registration and tracking of training data
- Oversees the logístical organization of various meetings and work sessions to the HR team
**Knowledge and Skills**
- **Education/Experience required**:
- Human Resources Bachelor degree or Minor in Human Resources or equivalent, with 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- Office suite, HRIS, ADP Payroll, Visio, Time & Attendance Module.
- **Languages**:
- French (spoken and written) and English (asset)
- **Skills and Competencies**:
- Business acumen and understanding of a matrix organization
- At ease in a fast evolving environment
- Attention to details and rigor in data managementProven organizational skills, autonomy, flexibility and multitasking
- Time and priority management
- Discretion, team spirit
