**Heat Innovations - Inside Sales Representative**
**Responsibilities**:
- Work in conjunction with the other in-house sales and designers in a group effort to meet and exceed targets.
- Customer relationship management.
- Manage current and prospect for new business
- Proactive in following up on orders/quotations and requests.
- Other duties as assigned to support the department.
- Coordinate with shipping/manufacturing to ensure customer satisfaction and expectations.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Above average performer that is not willing to settle for second best.
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal skills).
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Highly self-motivated.

Base Salary + Commission

**Salary**: $25,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
