Inside Sales Representative

**Access Window & Door Design Centre** is a leading distributor and manufacturer of high-quality European Tilt & Turn fenestration products committed to delivering top-notch products and exceptional customer service throughout North America. With a strong reputation for innovation and reliability, we are expanding our team and seeking an Inside Sales Specialist.
Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will use your communication skills to introduce customers to our products and brand.
Your sales outreach activities will boost sales conversations and contribute to our long-term business growth.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Identify customer needs
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Present our company and our products to potential customers
- Set up meetings or calls between customers and Product Specialists
**Job Qualifications and Requirements**:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong background in sales, customer service, and maintaining customer relationships
- Experienced with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving high task quotas
- Highly motivated, strong work ethic, and able to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM Software
- Ability to analyze spreadsheets, charts, and sales data
- Must be reliable and demonstrate high interpersonal skills.
