**Responsibilities**

Create and improve sales strategies

Attend trade shows to promote our products

Develop and manage lead management strategy and process

Manage and enhance sales process

Work with marketing to refine and align brand and product messaging

Expand and support our dealer network

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a VP of Sales or similar leadership role in sales, preferably in the agricultural equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements in agriculture or related sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills; capable of representing the company at high-profile events.
- Expertise in managing a large dealer network and driving sales team success.
- 10+ years experience in sales
- 10+ years of agricultural experience

Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
