**Summary**
Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, the Scheduler is responsible for the development of baseline, master, and detailed schedules. The Scheduler oversees all scheduling activities and provides project status updates, forecasts, and progress reports.
**Responsibilities**
- Create a high-level master schedule that incorporates the initial CPM schedule and the contractor’s schedule.
- Track critical activities and changes to the critical path impacting the project.
- Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice.
- Track, analyze, and report information appropriately, allowing the project team to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports.
- Ensure accuracy of project schedules and performed version control.
- Monitor project’s progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date.
- Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans.
- Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution.
- Support ongoing projects by working with the project managers and discipline leads on project status, identifying opportunities for improvement, delays, and areas where additional concentration would be required.

**Qualification Requirements**
- Engineering Degree/ Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of construction scheduling experience.
- Advanced Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project knowledge and skills are required.
- Computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Procore knowledge is an asset.
- Experience doing scheduling on large ICI construction projects preferred.
**Working Conditions and Environment**
- Primary work location in the Head Office
**Salary**: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
