- The day-to-day tasks of an Outside Sales Representative_- Develop account strategies that meet the business center's sales objectives;- Develop profitable incremental sales for new and existing accounts;- Coordinate sales and customer service efforts with inside sales and purchasing;- Support inside sales and quoting specialists to drive excellent customer service, operational efficiency and account profitability;- Ensure in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of customers, as well as competitors' strengths and weaknesses;- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and supplier representatives;- Develop solutions to customer problems;- Provide accurate market information to the Business Center Manager and other members of the sales team;- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of various product lines.
- Outside Sales Representative profile_- Minimum of five (5) years industry experience preferred and at least two (2) years sales experience or a combination of relevant professional training and experience;- Demonstrated sales ability;- Excellent communication and organizational skills;- Excellent oral and written French;- Product knowledge;- Must be customer service and results oriented;- Computer experience an asset.
