Outside Sales Representative

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our expansion efforts across the greater Montreal area, Quebec Province, and the Maritime Provinces. Your responsibilities will include nurturing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to our overall growth strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Drive sales initiatives in Montreal and southern Quebec regions
- Stay abreast of industry trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with our Sales Team to enhance marketing efforts
- Participate in industry trade shows to showcase our offerings
**Requirements**:
- Ability to travel within the greater Montreal area
- Overnight stays required when travelling to customers outside of the greater Montreal area (To be discussed)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with mínimal supervision
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working remotely
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Fluent in both French and English
- 2 + years of experience in metal stamping and/or die build industries
- Proven track record in outside industrial sales
- Sales experience in the Stamping, Tool, and Die sector is ideal
**Compensation**:
We offer competitive compensation that aligns with your experience, ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually. The Outside Sales Representative’s salary will be determined based on qualifications and relevant expertise.
In addition to your base salary, you will also have the opportunity to earn substantial commissions based on your sales performance, offering the potential for even greater earnings.

**Exigences**:
- Capacité de voyager dans la grande région de Montréal
- Nuitées requises pour se rendre chez des clients à l'extérieur de la grande région de Montréal (À discuter)
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
- Auto-motivé avec un minimum de supervision
- Dossier de conduite propre et transport fiable
- À l'aise de travailler à distance
**Qualifications préférées**:
- Parler couramment le français et l'anglais
- 2 + années d'expérience dans les industries de l'estampage des métaux et / ou de la construction de matrices
- Antécédents éprouvés dans les ventes industrielles extérieures
- L'expérience de vente dans le secteur de l'estampage, des outils et des matrices est idéale
**Indemnisation**:
Nous offrons une rémunération concurrentielle qui correspond à votre expérience, allant de 70 000 $ à 100 000 $ par année. Le salaire du représentant des ventes externes sera déterminé en fonction des qualifications et de l'expertise pertinente.
