professionals, Armour is presently seeking a** Contracts Administrator**.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Property Finance and Administration, the Contracts
Administrator will support the Contracts team of with the administration of commercial contracts.

**As Contracts Administrator, you’ll get to**:

- Work with large contractors across a wide range of service offerings
- Provide support to large national tenants across our commercial portfolio
- Play a crucial role in maintaining our best-in-class real estate portfolio
- Work directly with and learn from a strong, in-house legal team
- Oversee the filing and tracking system for all service contracts within our portfolio
- Maintain relationships with contractors to ensure execution of contracts and delivery of

invoices and insurance certificates
- Ensure that all payables invoices are properly processed and submitted for payment
- Complete and distribute meeting minutes for regular operations meetings
- Provides administrative support to members of the property administration and finance

team
- Maintain an accurate record of all parking contracts within our portfolio
- Ensures the confidentiality of the files that you work on and possess the highest level of

personal integrity
- Interact daily with building staff and head office
- Provide ad hoc support of other administration staff to ensure high priority tasks are

completed
- Communicate across the department and company to ensure key players are aware of

issues impacting the operations of our assets

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to recommend adjustments to processes in

order to work more efficiently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suites; especially word, excel, and outlook
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Effective precise communication skills
- Someone with the drive to learn and grow within our organization
- Previous experience working with commercial and residential rental contracts is an asset
- Previous office administrative experience is an asset
- A desire to be an important part of the team, ensuring timely performance and clear

communication.
