Construction Contract Administrator

Architecture49 is seeking a Junior to Intermediate Construction Contract Administrator to join our Halifax team.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and travel to conduct site visits throughout Atlantic Canada, attend site meetings, oversee site activities and provide quality control
- Assisting with project progress and site reports
- Assist with shop drawings, answering Contractor requests for information and issuing contract changes
- Assist with quality control/constructability reviews on drawings and specifications
- Collaborating and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team
**Qualifications**
- 1-5+ years’ experience with a focus on the construction phase of projects
- Sound technical and building envelope knowledge, strong understanding of codes, and familiarity with Nova Scotia construction practices
- Recognized credentials from a construction contract administration course or other equivalent training considered an asset
