**Job Description**:
You will possess a Post-Secondary Diploma (1 year or more) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field or approved equivalent combination of education and experience. You will have a minimum one (1) year experience in a business environment, preferably a Human Resources environment, with some recruitment experience

**This is a casual position based out of Calgary, AB. The position is 100% remote and will not require working in office.**

**What would you be doing?**
- High volume resume collection and applicant screening
- Support in on-site recruitment events as requested
- Maintains various spreadsheets to support the recruitment process, as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Does this sound like you?**
- Minimum Grade 12 supplemented by education and/or experience working with recruitment and onboarding activities
- Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring a high standard of accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions provided by a supervisor or senior staff members
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and be highly organized in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability in core competencies regarding customer service, teamwork, initiative/self-management and accountability, and flexibility/adaptability
- Excellent communication skills that may require tact, diplomacy, and discretion
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams)
- Able to work primarily at home and from our office as needed
