This role is responsible for the ongoing support of the recruitment process across the organization and assisting the team to deliver and maintain Human Resources services.
- Work together with Hiring Managers to ensure the full recruitment cycle is completed in alignment with the company-wide Recruitment Policy and guidelines
- Post job advertisements
- Complete reference checks in a timely manner
- Ensure new hire packages and offer letters are saved into employee files
- Maintain and update the applicant database
- Coach and advise the supervisors/managers on labour standards pertinent to staffing practices within Alberta
- Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements
- Providing HR support to the HR Administrator and HR Manager
- Any other duties as required by HR Manager
- Mandarin may be required
