Recruitment Coordinator – Remote

In this position you will be supporting our Recruitment Team in managing a sales-focused group hire initiative. You will play an active role in managing job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and completing administrative tasks.

Here is what a typical day looks like

Manage internal and external job postings, including updating multiple recruitment sites and actioning candidates through the internal career centre Support Recruitment Team in conducting phone screens Schedule interviews and ensure hiring managers have the necessary tools in advance Complete administrative functions including employment checks and contract requests

The value you bring

1 year experience in an administrative role, Recruitment/Human Resources preferred Post secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources an asset Ability to remain organized while working on multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively to meet tight deadlines History providing support to various levels in an organization around company processes Proven history of professional written and verbal communication

Hours: 6-month contract, 37.5 hours/week

Location: Remote in Canada
