**Position Title: Customer Service and Parts Administrator**

**Location: Lethbridge, AB**

**Full/Part Time: Full Time**

**Status: Permanent Position**

**Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM**

**Responsibilities of this position include**:

- Support the Lethbridge shop and mobile technicians as the first point of contact for customers and visitors
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Scheduling shop and mobile work.
- Maintain parts inventory and processing over the counter parts sales.
- Billing for parts sales and technician work orders.
- Backup for other branches for holiday coverage and seasonal support.
- Communicating with the service department on customer status and scheduled repairs for the shop.
- Communicating with Carrier and other business partners
- Qualify information obtained from the customer (or mechanic in some circumstances), to enable ColdFront resources to be assigned to diagnosing the repair, and required information to ensure proper processing of the transaction (e.g. PO, Bill to, credit info, etc).
- Ensure customers, and, if appropriate, other staff, are kept apprised of status of repair, and any changes to scope of work, and matters are appropriately escalated on a timely basis.
- Ensure all relevant activity regarding the quoting and completion of work is up to date
- Ensure all necessary information regarding customer interaction is up to date
- Conduct all activity in accordance with ColdFront policies and procedures.
- Warehouse and Parts
- Other administrative and customer support activities as assigned

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Customer Service Experience
- Parts Desk/Warehouse experience is an asset
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Work effectively as both a team player and an individual contributor
- Excellent communication skills; listening, written and oral
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

**ColdFront **is the authorized dealer for Carrier Transicold in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan providing sales, parts and service support of temperature-control equipment, Auxiliary Power Units (APU’S), Gensets and Telematics for Transportation and Industry.
