**Inventory Planning Associate Analyst (Hybrid)**
As the Inventory Planning Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and monitoring inventory requirements. You will utilize your analytical skills and proficiency with Excel reporting to prepare and consolidate various reports for management related to inventory.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Forecast and maintain inventory levels between warehouses across Canada
- Create and maintain master item code and cost for products
- Consolidate monthly inventory KPI reports for senior management presentations
- Place inventory orders with Canon USA and 3rd Party suppliers, and follow up on shipments and deliveries
- Communicate with Sales Admin team on product status and availability
- Analyze all inventory cost impacts such as purchase and freight variance, eco-fee reconciliation
- Analyze and reduce inventory provisions (non-moving, slow-moving inventory, showroom, and refurbished units)
- Ad hoc analysis and other duties as assigned
**To Succeed, You Will Need**
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or supply chain
- Strong time management skills to manage multiple daily, weekly and monthly priorities
- Ability to assess previous sales histories and determine inventory purchases
- Excellent computer and technical skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel - pivot tables, vlookups and other basic formulas
- Good project and process management to assist with departmental projects
- Fully bilingual (French and English) is an asset
