**Responsibilities and duties**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
- Process employee documentation related to hiring, termination, promotions, and transfers.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations.
- Coordinate job postings on internal and external platforms.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure new employees have necessary resources and information.
- Conduct exit interviews and assist in onboarding processes.
- Support employees with inquiries related to benefits programs.
- Assist in benefits enrolment processes and changes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues to HR management as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Track employee training records and assist in identifying development opportunities.

**HOW TO APPLY**

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
