WSP is seeking skilled **Project Quality Managers** to join our Buildings team. To thrive in this environment, you are most likely a trained engineer, have at least ten years’ experience in building construction or multi-discipline design projects, and are at ease in a quality management role.

**A day in the life**:

- Support proposal teams by providing and reviewing Quality language in proposals.
- Define baseline requirements for project QMS
- Develop, implement, and maintain project Quality Management Plans, including Information Management and Records Control workflows and protocols on projects with complex contract models (e.g. Joint Venture, Design-Build, PPP, Alliance).
- Coordinate BIM and CAD management requirements and workflows with the project Quality Management strategy
- Develop, implement, and maintain specific procedures governing project Quality Assurance including process maps, roles and responsibilities, and metrics measurement & analysis techniques.
- Develop, implement, and monitor specific processes governing project Quality Control, including templates / forms, filing, and signing authorities.
- Coordinate Design and Construction Quality workflows and records management.
- Train project staff on the applicable Quality Management and Quality Control requirements
- Plan, implement, and report out on internal project Quality audits for assigned projects.
- Monitor the disposition of nonconformance reports associated with project Quality as relates to the scope of the assigned management plan(s).
- Liaise with WSP management and client Quality functions, providing reports as required.
- Review and act upon client concerns, and any project quality performance issues.

- Recognized Quality Auditor certification (ISO9001:2015).
- Eligible to register as a Professional Engineer in Canada.
- Bilingual; French and English
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Engineering Design for construction projects, or equivalent.
- Expert understanding of the Engineering Design Lifecycle, Procurement support and Engineering Services During Construction.
- Proficient in Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles, methods and practices and comprehensive knowledge of ISO9001:2015 methods and documentation.
- Sound knowledge of Canadian regulatory requirements as pertains to Engineering signing and sealing and
