The Learning Development Specialist is responsible for developing interactive and engaging eLearning and media solutions to create a positive learner experience while meeting strategic and operational objectives.
**How you will create impact**:
- Developing engaging and interactive media learning solutions to meet departmental objectives.
- Sharing insights, learnings, and experience to help shape and promote adoption of the departmental learning strategy and operational plans.
- Supporting the maintenance of existing documents, e-learnings, and media files to ensure processes are current and consistent across the organization.
- Conducting the analysis of learning experiences and share recommendations for improvements to the Consultant and Manager.

**To join our team**:
- You have two years of experience in a learning and development role, including designing, developing, and implementing learning programs and solutions.
- You have a post-secondary education in a related field.
- You have a certification in Adult Learning Design or you have/are working towards the Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP).
- You have knowledge of adult learning theories, learning experience design and blended learning strategies.
- Proficiency in English is essential to the performance of the majority or main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority non-francophone clients, groups, teams; collaborating regularly with non-francophone teams on written documents; negotiating/drafting complex English documents; preparing daily reports for anglophone leaders. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.
