**A Day In The Life**

**Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Aligning with business needs, design and deliver a variety of high-quality end-user technology-based learning, integrating adult learning principles in the appropriate methodology
- Facilitating various types of in-class and web-based learning sessions, including new hire orientation, software rollouts, proactive monthly training programs and soft skills learning
- Design, develop and deliver end-user technology-based learning on how to effectively and efficiently use the office tools at their disposal
- Design and develop e-learning using appropriate standards (e.g. SCORM) and development methodologies
- Assist in the development, analysis and maintenance of all relevant learning resources and materials
- Work within the Firm’s Learning Management System to maintain learning records, reports, evaluations and learning effectiveness
- Stay apprised of the Firm’s procedures and processes to ensure any changes are incorporated into existing and new hire training
- Stay in tune with industry trends and current learning technologies
- Work on projects and other duties as assigned.

**Must Haves**
- University Degree and/or College Certificate in Adult Education preferred
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Legal/professional services environment
- Demonstrated ability in instructional design theories, methodologies and best practices, including knowledge of the complete learning development cycle and interactive teaching methods
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of iManage Document Management System, InterAction, comparison software (e.g. Litera Compare), document assembly software, and Adobe Acrobat would be beneficial
- Experience utilizing, managing and administering a LMS.

**Supervision**
This role reports to the Manager, Human Resources.
