**How you’ll contribute**

As our **Hub Manager,** you’ll serve as leadership at our Hub location, ensuring continuous team improvement and customer satisfaction with respect to the sale or rent of our Construction Equipment through:

- Ensuring the Sales and Service team delivers a caring customer experience, focusing on engagement and continuous training and improvement.
- Always providing enthusiastic and professional customer service ensuring the resolution of any issues that may arise on a Managerial level.
- Reviewing daily/weekly performance metrics (KPI’s) and reviewing productivity, quality, and customer service levels with all team members.
- Developing and achieving annual budgets that support our overall market share goals.
- Completing payroll, authorizing all expenditures, approving invoices, and ensuring the proper deposit and control of petty cash.
- Conducting regular training, coaching, engagement, and development of the team to ensure they have to tools, knowledge, and confidence to support high levels of service.
- Conducting daily safety walks through the facility, identifying potential hazards, and fostering a safety-focused environment.
- Being responsible for the New Hire Onboarding process, ensuring new team members are properly supported and equipped for success.
- Conducting quarterly reviews and working with individual team members to develop a personalized, documented development plan that includes skills development for current and future roles.
- Ensuring ongoing training and skills updates are provided for specific Apps/Platforms/devices used within the Hub, as well confirming all employees meet or exceed their minimum annual training requirements (WHMIS, AODA, TDG, Forklift, etc.)
- Regularly stepping into the duties of Sales and Rental Associate as needed.
- Assisting with coordinating daily activities of Full-Time and Part Time Sales Associates
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring adequate equipment quality and stock levels
- Anticipating product demand, tracking availability, and ensuring equipment is “rental ready”.
- Possessing excellent knowledge on equipment such as operation, features, related accessories, safe operating techniques and effectively transferring this knowledge to customers.
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing all required PPE.
- General housekeeping and maintaining a tidy and safe Hub environment.
- Completing other duties as assigned.

**What we’re looking for**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience within equipment rental, construction, home improvement centers or related industries
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Management or Leadership role
- MS Office Suite experience and advanced computer literacy
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, decision making, and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- G Class Driver’s License with clean drivers abstract
