WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Lead IT-related solutions/programs, working with stakeholders and within the team to develop aggressive, yet achievable, delivery roadmaps.
- Accountable for high-level& detailed-level technical design - content, completion, and quality.
- Drive& contribute to project solutions - JAD sessions, responsible for gathering input / documenting design
- When required back-fill role gaps (Business Systems Analysts, Project Managers, Solution Architects) as needed.
- Support Architecture (Enterprise and Solution Architects) in defining the overall solution approach in partnership with Technology stakeholders and vendors.
- Working with the PM, Application teams, and Governance in the creation and management of governance/gating artifacts.
- Partner with the shared services teams (project management office, release management, quality assurance, business analysis, and change management) to develop realistic project plans that clearly state project deliverables and timelines.
- Manage project and portfolio budgets and assist in managing cost center financials.
- Endorse quality, innovation, and timely communication of issues/opportunities. Coach team members in delivery, issue management, and risk management.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in the information technology field and 3+ years of experience in a project delivery role in a fast-paced/agile environment.
- Experience in Content Management, Cloud, and AI - nice to have
- Previous team management experience preferred (including goal setting, performance management, tracking deliverables, recruitment, etc).
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead complex IT projects and programs.
- Must be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing the “big picture” with meeting the day-to-day needs of the organization.
- Must be able to communicate, present, and negotiate at any level of management across the organization both technical and non-technical resources.
- Must be familiar with and comfortable utilizing the Scrum methodology.
- Ability to inform, educate, and influence managers and employees to support goals and initiatives in a matrix environment.
- A self-starter attitude, a strong desire to learn as you go, and the belief that you can make a meaningful contribution to your immediate team, the business users that you serve, and the organization as a whole.
