The position is based in Edmonton, Alberta.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The Human Resource - Administrator will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR and recruiting-related procedures, processes and policies. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Administer HR policies and procedures in accordance with local and federal regulations
- Assist in the implementation of employee benefit programs and policies
- Manage employee records and maintain organized HR files
- Aid in ensuring compliance with company standards and local/federal employment regulations
- Collaborate with other departments and employees to solve HR-related issues and concerns

**Experience and Qualifications**
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 1-3 years of related experience preferred, or, a suitable combination of education and related industry experience, preferably in oilfield industries;
- Knowledge of local and federal employment regulations
- An understanding of social media recruiting would also be considered as an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite and HR databases
