**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Monde Development Group. We are looking for a leader to manage a small luxury rental building known for its exquisite living spaces. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in implementing and overseeing various marketing initiatives to promote our brand, increase occupancy rates, and enhance the overall visibility of our property.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging and compelling content for online and offline marketing materials, including website, social media platforms, brochures, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure visually appealing and on-brand materials.

Digital Marketing:

- Manage social media accounts to create a strong online presence and engage with the target audience.
- Implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.

Market Research & Planning:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Create Marketing plans and initiatives as required

Public Relations:

- Build relationships with local media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
- Draft and distribute press releases to generate positive media coverage.

Operations:

- Oversee hotel's activity and engage in managing day-to-day operations
- Monitoring dashboards & channels, problem solving issues, and proactively communicating with visitors & stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- Some prior marketing experience related to the job requirements is a must
- Graphic design skills are an asset
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with analytics and data-driven decision-making.

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
