We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing Solutions team in Toronto or Montreal. You will be responsible for onboarding & coordinating customers for our Digital Marketing Service, Websites, Mobile App and E-Commerce products. Additionally, you’ll coordinate marketing campaigns for a range of customers within multiple channels (social media, ads, etc).

What you’ll be doing:

- You will be responsible for coordinating customer onboarding for marketing campaigns, websites, mobile apps, ecommerce products and other products between cross-functional teams.
- Participating in kick-off calls with customers to outline processes and manage customer expectations of the onboarding process.
- Leading onboarding calls to assist clients in setting up marketing channels and platforms including Website, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram and Google My Business.
- Provide guidance and support during the initial stages of the onboarding process, addressing any client concerns and ensuring a clear understanding of the process.
- Maintaining consistent and timely updates to the customer based on task completion and customer responsibilities during onboarding and post-live.
- Managing the amount of time for customers to move from setup phase to the time their marketing initiatives are running.
- Understanding the specific features of Social Media platforms and how they can be best utilized for the client's needs.
- Configuring customer’s products within our E-Commerce platform.
- Briefing internal stakeholders on design and creative tasks.
- Creating website sitemaps and managing website assets in the onboarding process.

And a little bit of....
- Coordinating with multiple teams in various stages of the marketing and website pipelines in a project management capacity.
- Any other client marketing, website and mobile app related tasks that may come to us from other internal teams.

What you need to bring:
Our team is responsible for creating and maintaining marketing campaigns, ecommerce websites and mobile apps for Lightspeed Golf customers.
- 2+ years of experience in Website Coordination, Social Media Coordination, Technical Customer Support, Marketing or similar.
- 1+ years of experience in project management.
- Degree in marketing or business (optional), or proven industry experience.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to coordinate, support and manage external stakeholders.
- Polished overall communication skills including phone etiquette.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and strong time management skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
