**Responsibilities**
- Assist lawyers in supporting our clients with office, industrial, and retail commercial real estate leasing matters
- Assist in the preparation of a wide array of commercial leasing documents
- Review, edit, and format documentation
- Take complex instructions and implement in documentation
- Docket entry, revision of invoices, and billing
- Digital and paper filing
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, as required

**Qualifications**
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage conflicting priorities, and work collaboratively
- Superior general literacy and reading comprehension in the English language
- Organized, thoughtful, and detail-oriented problem solver
- Legal assistant or law clerk experience in commercial real estate leasing is an asset
- A law clerk degree or certificate is an asset
- Post-secondary education is an asset
