**Legal Assistant / Billing Clerk**

Wray Legal is a boutique civil litigation and employment law firm located in downtown Toronto. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional legal counsel and representation to a diverse clientele.

**Daily tasks and duties include but are not limited to**:
Billing and day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

Assisting lawyers with their practice and preparing, co-ordinating and maintaining court documents, schedules and briefs, along with drafting correspondence and court forms from dictation and/or oral instruction.

Filing and serving all types of legal documents with courts, tribunals and opposing counsel.

Scheduling meetings, hearings and conference calls with clients, court and other legal agents.

Keeping track of imperative dates and timelines for lawyers using Microsoft

Outlook.

Maintaining calendars and managing accounts within PC Law.

Performing other administrative tasks as required.

**Skills and Knowledge**:
Experience working with Word, Outlook, Excel and PC Law is an asset.

We offer a competitive compensation based on experience, with benefits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5H 3M7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- legal assistant: 10 years (preferred)
