**BGC South East is currently seeking the following position**:
**Administration Coordinator**

Location - West End Community Centre (1300 Bath Road)

Position Timeline - One year contract

Hours/days of work - Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm with occasional weekends.

Rate of pay - $18.50/hr

**Overview**:
Ensure efficient day to day operations and support administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date.
- Assist with weekly cheque requisition preparation for all bills and monthly program expenses for reimbursement.
- Support Accounts Receivable.
- Assist with weekly bank deposits for BGC South East and Big Brothers Big Sisters of KFL&A.
- Track inventory of office supplies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in Administration, or related fields; or equivalent combination of related education and professional experience;
- High attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Strong self-direction and independent work skills;
- Proficient use of Excel MS, with certificate considered an asset;
- Proficient use of the Google Suite of products;
- Criminal Reference Check (including Vulnerable Sector Check);
- Valid Province of Ontario Class G driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle required;
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends depending on project requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $18.50 per hour

- Kingston, ON K7M 4X4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
