Project/program Manager

**What we’re looking for**

- Professionals with ability to work both with in-house projects and on-site assignments at our customer’s locations
**What you will do**:
- Assist the team in achieving delivery goals by coordinating with product owner(s) and other scrum masters, and communicating delivery status to management.
- Support and enforce Scrum processes and team-agreed rules, facilitating scrum meetings and ensuring adherence to commitments.
- Drive technical coordination and resolve impediments to prevent team blockers, coordinating with team resources when necessary.
- Facilitate preparation and readiness for Program Activities such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure coordination and communication with other Infotainment software teams for technical or resource dependencies required for upcoming deliveries.
- Enforce DoD and best-in-class practices for epics, stories, change requests, tasks, and defects authoring, and verify unit test tracking.
- Mentor embedded software developers
- Foster a highly collaborative, motivated team environment and partner with various stakeholders including project managers, embedded system engineers, and quality assurance engineers.
**What you'll need to get the job done**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field,
- 7+ years of software development and test experience, including 5+ years in leading large-scale software projects or interfacing between technical and non-technical teams.

- Experience in delivery production automotive or consumer electronic products,
- Agile Scrum Master certification,
- proficiency with embedded build systems and revision control,
- familiarity with the QNX operating system, and automotive product development process and quality experience.
