As a Specialist, Global Digital Advertising at Achievers, you will play a crucial role in amplifying our brand's presence and helping drive our lead generation efforts across key global markets, including North America, APAC, and EMEA.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**:Assist in developing and executing comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with our global marketing objectives. Focus on scalable campaigns that target specific regions according to their unique market dynamics.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize future campaigns, ultimately responsible for retiring a target of MQLs, New Initial Meetings, and pipeline generated from these activities. Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ROI.
- ** Cross-Regional Coordination**:Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns are localized and relevant, maximizing engagement and conversion across diverse markets.
- ** Budget Management**:Help manage budgets for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient spend across platforms and regions.
- ** Trend Monitoring**: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, especially those specific to the North America, APAC, and EMEA regions.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with a broad spectrum of teams—spanning marketing functions such as brand & content, design, and SEO, to data analytics and sales.
