Customer Experience Specialist

**The team**:
The production department is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from the procurement of raw materials to the distribution of finished goods. The Customer Experience Specialist will be part of a dynamic team that meets their goals and objectives together. As a team, we strive to provide customers with the best experience by fulfilling orders as quickly and accurately as possible.
Your highly skilled team members and team lead are here to support you in any way they can. Together, They'll ensure that you have all the resources you need to excel in your new role.
**What your day will look like**:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues and complaints, and following up to ensure that customers are satisfied
- Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
**About you**:
- Excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of French is an asset
- Relevant Customer Service experience
- At ease with different tools such as MS Office, an ERP or CRM
- Independent thinker (driven, self motivated etc.)
- Able to understand the sense of urgency with different tasks
- Organizational skills
**Great if you have**:
- D365 and GP experience
- Analytical skills

Le département de production est chargé de superviser l'ensemble du processus de production, de l'approvisionnement en matières premières à la distribution des produits finis. Le specialiste de l'experience client fera partie d'une équipe dynamique qui atteint ses buts et objectifs ensemble. - Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour améliorer la satisfaction et la fidélisation de la clientèle
- Fournir des solutions rapides et efficaces aux problèmes des clients, et assurer le suivi pour s'assurer que les clients sont satisfaits
- Analyser les commentaires et les données des clients pour identifier les tendances et les opportunités d'amélioration
**Votre profil**:
- Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et la connaissance du français est un atout
- Expérience pertinente en service à la clientèle
- A l'aise avec différents outils tels que MS Office, un ERP ou un CRM
- Indépendant (motivé, ambitieux, etc.)
- Capable de comprendre le sens de l'urgence avec différentes tâches
- Compétences organisationnelles
