**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE** Branch Manager**

**Working in Sarnia, Ontario**

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer service excellence among branch staff.
- Lead and manage all branch operations, including personnel management, budgeting, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch growth objectives and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, including financial metrics, operational KPIs, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, collective agreements, safety standards, and company policies.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the crane rental and heavy lifting or construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and achieving business targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Solid understanding of crane rental and heavy lifting operations, equipment, and industry best practices considered an asset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant discipline considered an asset
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
