**The Opportunity**

Are you a natural at planning and organizing? Are you a skilled communicator that enjoys writing and editing, as well as connecting personally with your team? You will be assisting in varied administrative and clerical duties in order to serve staff in a timely, proficient, and grace-filled manner. You will use a variety of current technology to create, edit, track, reconcile, coordinate, organize, schedule and communicate. You will also use your well-developed interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of people in a way that displays respect, tact, and diplomacy, including those you supervise. If you are a godly woman with a heart to serve the DTES and have several years of administrative and supervisory experience, then this role might be the perfect fit.

You may come into contact with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
