**Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following)**:
- Providing information to colleagues and students, while handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assisting with the organization and coordination of student 1st and 2nd-year orientations
- Preparing and auditing doutangs and student contracts, ensuring all relevant information is included
- Booking appointments for SAS Management and Advisors
- Fielding incoming calls and inquiries from students
- Ensuring student files are complete and submit to the relevant departments
- Creating student Identification cards, ensuring they are uploaded to SharePoint
- Preparing Approved Tuition Credit Letters for Students
- Working collaboratively with members of the Student Advisory Services (SAS) team and Faculty to ensure that students are provided with the best possible service
**Education and Experience**:
- Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration from a recognized institution
- Minimum two years of experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of office administration procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in office software and tools
