Operations Officer

- Cash Management Ops
- Digital Cheque Processing centre

**What will you do?**
- Provide remote support and guidance to clients and partners relating to Cash Management Operations & Payments products
- Completing pre-clearing image capture activities for payment items received through multiple channels across Canada daily, including verification and input of payment items, amounts as well as other pre-clearing verifications.
- Provide day to day support and logging in of all inquiries monitoring all queues to ensure service level agreements are met on a daily basis delivering high quality processing services
- Effectively manage work volumes and communicate operational concerns with relationship managers and service partners.
- Meet established service delivery standards and seek to improve the quality, timeliness, and accuracy

**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must-have**
- Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution
- Strong relationship management capabilities be able to work in a team-driven environment
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- Capability to manage multiple priorities across a number of assignments and prioritize effectively
- Ability to resolve any minor conflicts/issues and escalate to others as appropriate
- Previous customer service experience

**Nice-to-have**
- Experience in a banking environment
- Previous data entry experience
- Fluency in French, verbal and writing skills
