**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, or delegate, the Clerk B is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the department in its communications with other departments and support to the nurses and medical staff. The Clerk B must be able to handle multiple demands and priorities in a busy and unpredictable environment.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Grade 12 plus one year of related clerical experience OR graduate of a recognized one-year secretarial/business program
- General office skills an asset
- Computer skills required
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm during an emergency and deal with numerous interruptions and continuous change an asset
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates problem solving and decision making skills
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours**:

- Long Assignment Part-time (70%) position, 56 Hours Bi-Weekly
- Beginning in March 2024, with an expected end date of January 31, 2025.

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$22.89 - $24.89 Hourly
