**Responsibilities**
- To Receive all parts from courier, separate and receive in JDE system within time frame.
- To perform various tasks to help the receiving to ensure that business operation is smooth and successful.
- To maintain the overall vision of Administration of Reverse Logistics include.
- (1) Receiving, reconciliation and shipment of all vendor/ returns.
- (2) Coordinating return parts to vendors; accurately track all processes to ensure minimum shrink.
- (3) Assisting supervisor of all processes in the Reverse Logistics and B2B Operations.
- (4) Ensuring 100% accuracy in all processes.
- (5) Reviewing and filing all documentation pertaining to the Reverse Logistics.
- Manages all aspects of Service Inventory as required (Cycle count, variance’s, forecasting, planning co-packing, inventory levels and product losses, etc.).
- Manage and/or participate in projects from time to time as business needs to change and evolve.
- Solve problems as issues arise, working with different teams in order to resolve effectively.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers through communication.
- Experience in submitting warranty claims related to HP, Dell and Microsoft.
- Review daily Service parts Report on Powe bi to receive open Purchase order in timely manner.
- Solve problems as issues arise, working with the Procurement, Client relations team to resolve in timely manner.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers through communication.
- Staff is responsible to follow ISO procedures outlined in Compugen Quality Management System.
- Other projects as assigned.

**Qualification**
- 3 years of experience in Warehouse environment or Reverse Logistics.
- Computer literacy and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Ability to analyze, plan, organize and prioritize workload effectively.
- Certified to operate the Raymond Reach Truck (Reverse-Steer) and Cherry Picker
- Data driven individual with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work with tight timelines.
- Ability to lift merchandise weighing 40-50 Ibs.
- Working knowledge of JDE will be an asset.
- Flexibility to adjust to other shifts occasionally, between the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday - Friday.
