**Expectations**
- To provide leadership to the Night Cleaning Team
- To Coordinate tasks required of the Night Cleaning Team and supervise the daily needs of the team
- To ensure the cleanliness of the site as well as all indoor areas of the Scandinave Spa Whistler
- To assist the Spa Experience and Housekeeping Manager with administrative tasks and team performance management

**Hourly Rate**: $27.81 /hr

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
The Night Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the Night Cleaning Team. As the Night Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall cleanliness of the site, both indoors and outdoors. This role is responsible for but not limited to:

- Ensuring Scandinave Spa cleanliness standards are met by:

- Providing initial and ongoing training in cleaning standards;
- Working overnight alongside and supporting the Night Cleaning team with all assigned tasks;
- Ensure an equal division of daily tasks within the team;
- Being available to answer your team's questions
- Ensure the Team is completing assigned tasks using the nightly checklist and reports.
- Report any cleaning issues to the Spa Experience and housekeeping manager.
- Support the Spa Experience and Housekeeping Manager with Administrative tasks by:

- Preparing Schedules, communicating requests/changes and updating ADP accordingly.
- Daily ADP payroll audits.
- Stock and Inventory Management of Cleaning supplies;
- Completing weekly stock orders
- Performance Management for team members including:

- Performance reviews, progressive discipline and recognition.
- Ensure the Night Cleaning Team adheres to all policies and procedures.
- All other tasks requested of you for the smooth and efficient function of the Spa Scandinave Whistler.

**Prerequisites**:

- Previous cleaning experience (overnight preferred)
- Supervisory experience required
- Requires attention to detail
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Great leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to think on their feet, be proactive, problem solve, and deal with change daily
- Clear criminal record check
