Le coordonnateur logistique est chargé de proposer les expéditions et de sélectionner le meilleur transporteur, de prendre rendez-vous et de suivre les expéditions jusqu'à leurs destinations afin qu'elles arrivent à temps. Certaines de ces responsabilités comprennent : interagir avec les transporteurs et les clients par téléphone et/ou par courrier électronique. Notre coordonnateur logistique doit avoir de l'expérience dans l'obtention de devis et la coordination avec nos équipes d'entrepôt localement et à l'étranger pour préparer et expédier des palettes via LTL à des détaillants tels que Costco.

Devoirs et responsabilités:
Prise de rendez-vous si nécessaire ou fournir les coordonnées et les instructions au transporteur pour notifier les livraisons

Track and Trace, assurez-vous de manière proactive que les livraisons arrivent à temps

Problème résoudre tous les problèmes qui pourraient survenir pendant le transport ; documentation manquante, impossible de joindre le destinataire ; livraisons tardives

Suivez les procédures opérationnelles standard (SOP) définies qui soutiennent les performances opérationnelles.

Partagez les résumés des quarts de travail et tous les rapports requis avec les superviseurs et les gestionnaires respectifs.

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les groupes concernés et rédiger des rapports et des alertes en temps opportun pour les parties prenantes concernées pour une réponse efficace aux demandes de renseignements sur les transactions des clients.

Se tient au courant des réglementations et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie.

Travailler sur les projets assignés par la direction.

Éducation/compétences/aptitudes requises:
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent

Expérience pertinente en logistique de préférence avec le transport LTL et les grands détaillants

Excellentes compétences verbales et professionnelles

Familier avec Microsoft Office et Excel en particulier

Capacité à gérer efficacement son temps et à respecter les procédures de présence pour inclure un minimum de 37,5 heures par semaine

Excellent communicateur écrit et verbal avec la capacité d'établir et d'entretenir de solides relations de travail

Expérience avec les plateformes EDI - SPS Commerce ou Commerce Hub est un plus

Une expérience avec Netsuite Oracle est un plus

Exigences physiques : Périodes prolongées passées assis à un bureau et travaillant sur un ordinateur.

**Full-Time Positions available**
- **Duties/Responsibilities**:_
- Booking appointments when necessary or provide contact information and instructions to the transporter to notify of deliveries
- Track and Trace, proactively ensure that deliveries arrive on time
- Problem solve any issues that might arrive during transport; missing documentation, unable to reach receiver; late deliveries
- Follow defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support operational performance.
- Share shift summaries and any required reporting with respective Supervisors and Managers.
- Works closely with relevant groups and timely reports and alerts concerned stakeholders for effective response regarding customer transaction inquiries.
- Stays abreast with regulations and industry best practices.
- Work on projects assigned by management.
- **Required Education/Skills/Abilities**:_
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Relevant logistics experience preferably with LTL transport and major retailers
- Excellent verbal skills and professional
- Familiar with Microsoft office and excel in particular
- Ability to manage time effectively and to meet attendance procedures to include a minimum of 37.5 hours weekly
- An excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Experience with EDI platforms - SPS Commerce or Commerce Hub is a plus
- Experience with Netsuite Oracle is a plus
- **Physical Requirements**:_Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
