**Job Description**:
What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to Director, Strategy and Planning, the Manager, Business Effectiveness will contribute in the planning, coordination, assessment, development and implementation of key internal initiatives in support of the Insurance business.
This individual will possess the highest level of integrity, with proven experience in communicating across diverse audiences and is well equipped to support the strategy and planning team and the Insurance Executive Leadership in achieving their goals.
The Manager, Business Effectiveness has the following key accountabilities and provides direct output to support successful management, operations and transformation of the business. This can include conducting research or briefings on a variety of topics, consolidating reporting deliverables, coordinating or crafting communications, organizing and preparing for key meetings and team events, and leading or supporting key business initiatives.
Key Accountabilities- Contribute to the development of senior-level executive communication related to business & strategic plans, internal communications, and intranet messages aligned to key priorities- Work cross-functionally across Insurance to prepare in-depth information package and materials for executive meetings- Respond to PBB inquiries for status updates on key initiatives and related requests- Research market activities to maintain comprehensive competitive information on market penetration, product capabilities and initiatives based on detailed analysis including data analytics- Support the facilitation of internal team events including leadership sessions, employee engagement activities, townhalls, and executive meetings in support of the VP- Coordinate strategy and business review meetings including other key engagements in line with business priorities- Ensure compliance with all major enterprise-wide business activities (e.g., Business Recovery Planning requirements, Records management, Audit and Security requirements, etc.)- Liaise with stakeholders to solicit their input into the development of new or enhanced business processes- Incumbents at this level may be required to oversee all aspects of projects including formal planning, resource allocation and coordination, etc., (rather than one or more components of it)- Lead special initiatives as assigned with the focus of executing against the Insurance strategy- Other duties as required.

You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
