Wallcent, a cutting-edge cladding materials manufacturer, is gearing up for its grand launch on May1st, 2024, and we're seeking dynamic Sales Representatives to be part of our pioneering team.

**Responsibilities**:
Spearhead the introduction of our brand-new cladding materials, including ACP, WPC, long board, and fiber cement, to the market.

Proactively identify and cultivate leads for cladding material sales, leveraging your expertise to secure deals with construction professionals and other potential clients.

Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements and tailor our offerings to meet client needs.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to guarantee satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Exceed sales targets within a specified territory and contribute to the company's initial success.

Qualifications:
Proven track record in sales, particularly in construction and cladding materials.

Thorough understanding of ACP, WPC, long board, and fiber cement products.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.

Must have a reliable car and be willing to travel to meet clients.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with an initial commission rate of 3%. Each project sale, on average, can yield approximately $1,000 based on an 1000sqft ACP project. The commission rate has the potential to increase after the second month, contingent upon performance.
