**Responsibilities**:

- Answering & directly phone calls
- Customer Service/ Sales
- Entering invoices
- Following up with suppliers regarding order status and ETA

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent oral and written communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to multitask
- Knowledge and understanding of Quick Books Online preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Some bookkeeper experience required.
- Basic accounting knowledge required
- Data entry experience preferred

Pay: $39,520.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:
