Our Sales Support Specialist will play a vital role in supporting our builder and commercial sales teams by handling various responsibilities. Such as builder take-off, quoting, data management, order entry, coordination of commercial installations and services, supplier/vendor interactions, and maintaining excellent communication with site supervisors, installers, and customers.

**Car-Wal Sales Support Specialist Key Responsibilities (Southern Ontario Region)**:
- Conduct builder take-offs accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and deliver timely quotes to builder clients
- Assist in maintaining builder client relationships and addressing their inquiries
- Manage commercial data and maintain up-to-date records
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry for commercial projects
- Coordinate commercial installation schedules and manage service requests
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and products
- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as operations, scheduling and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers, site supervisors, and installers
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, orders, and interactions
- Assist in general daily operations to ensure efficient workflow
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Supervisor
**Car-Wal Sales Support Specialist we are looking for in Southern Ontario Region**:
- Experience: 2-3 years of sales and customer service
- Technical knowledge of garage doors and/or construction is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in sales support, preferably in the construction or building industry
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Knowledge of garage doors or related products is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be require
- Clean driver's abstract and cleared Police Reference Check.
